Former Mayor Prupis Endorses Mayor Romano
Hello Millburn Township!
As many of you know, I sold Green Nectar Market and moved to Boulder, Colorado to pursue my Master’s in Counseling. Being a public servant and working on behalf of all of you solidified my desire to help and advocate for others professionally. It was an incredible six years of service.
I am urging all of you to re-elect Mayor Annette Romano. In 2025, I nominated Annette to become Mayor because I knew she was the best person for the job and I still believe that to be true. Having served as Deputy Mayor in 2020 and Mayor in 2021, I know what it takes to lead Millburn in this capacity.
Annette possesses all the characteristics that one expects in a leader. She is dedicated, even-keeled, responsive, honest and works well with all the stakeholders. Annette is a lifelong resident who loves Millburn Township and always puts the community first. Over the years, she has given tirelessly to make Millburn-Short Hills the wonderful community that it is. Annette has the ability to govern in a nonpartisan manner. She brings people together to foster compromise and cohesion. This makes Annette an effective leader, which I witnessed firsthand while serving with her.
I know the residents of Millburn-Short Hills are busy, and it is important that you take the time to get to know the candidates and see them in action. I strongly recommend you attend a Township Committee Meeting or watch it on YouTube. Show up, get involved, see firsthand who Annette is and why she deserves your vote for re-election.
In a world where local politics has become a dark place, Annette brings the light. Her kindness and warmth matter. She not only does what is right for Millburn Township, but she does it with integrity and decorum.
Please make sure to get out and vote for Annette Romano on Tuesday, November 4. Romanoandcohen.com.
I miss you Millburn!
Warmly,
